2018 Resolutions

I'm going to do this a little differently this year, and put these into different categories. Some won't be super measurable, but I still want to focus on them.

Health:

  • Take daily vitamins
    • Subscribed to a personalized Care/of subscription
  • Focus on cross-training to prevent injuries from running
    • Swimming, cycling, weight-training, HIIT, etc.
  • Run a half marathon
  • Eat better
    • More greens
    • Fewer carbs
    • Less alcohol

Home:

  • Do a 30-minute tidy at least once each week
  • Replace my carpet

Mind:

  • Keep up with my Passion Planner
  • Write in my 5-year journal at least weekly
  • Read 24 books
  • Make progress on my novel
    • Maybe a first draft by the end of the year?
  • Put myself in control of my own happiness--it's not and shouldn't be dependent on what other people do (or don't do)
